The Animal Record offers a central overview of all information related to an individual animal. It is organized into multiple tabs, each displaying specific data such as historical records, events, and identifiers.

While it’s technically possible to edit data through the Animal Record, we recommend entering new data through Data Entry to ensure consistency. However, if needed, existing records—like incorrect sale or death events—can be corrected here.

Visit the UNIFORM Academy via the link to view a demonstration or learn more about this topic in theAnimal Record course.

The Data Entry screen is essential for recording your daily farm activities. It’s designed to help you quickly and efficiently enter events for individual animals or groups. These events include calvings, inseminations, health treatments, animal movements, sales, and more.

The Action Scheduler is a powerful tool to manage daily tasks—both animal-related and general farm activities. To use it effectively, tasks must first be created by defining the activity and selecting which animals qualify based on specific criteria.

Once tasks are created, they appear in the Action Calendar or the Herdsman Action List for easy follow-up.

The dashboard in UNIFORM-Agri offers a wide range of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor herd performance. Once you’ve customized your KPIs, you can click on a graph or button to view the data source behind each result.

Each report’s settings can be adjusted directly in its properties, allowing you to tailor the dashboard to your specific farm goals.

The number in the bottom-right corner of a KPI graph represents the result for the previous period—helping you track trends over time. For example, if this month’s expected calving interval is 397 days, and last month’s was 384 days, this difference will be shown clearly.

Cow Grade is a report that helps you rank animals in your herd on a scale from 1 to 10, based on customizable criteria. This gives you a clear overview of top-performing animals according to your own priorities.

You can personalize the evaluation criteria by clicking the settings button in the Cow Grade screen. To adjust how much each criterion influences the final score, use the weights tab within the settings.
