Assen, March 31 – UNIFORM-Agri, a leading developer of herd management software, has acquired the Egam and BelExpert software from Elda. This acquisition ensures the continuity and further development of both programs.

Elda has always outsourced the development of Egam and BelExpert to partners, most recently to VSM and its parent company FarmTrace. By partnering with UNIFORM-Agri, a sustainable solution has been chosen that combines experience, innovation, and industry insight. The software will eventually be integrated into UNIFORM-Agri’s online platform and further developed based on user needs, while maintaining user-friendliness and familiar functionalities.

The collaboration between UNIFORM-Agri and Elda ensures a careful migration of historical data and trusted features. During this transition, the existing software will remain available as users are accustomed to. Elda will continue to be involved as a dealer, providing management support, including the expansion of MPR data, calculation of breeding values, and other sector-focused services and projects.
