Vacancy: Post-sales and Commercial Support Technician for Herd Management Software

Main responsibilities:

  • Training and follow-up with clients on the use of herd management software

  • Providing remote (phone and online) support to clients with questions or issues across the Iberian region

  • Supporting distributors and partners in their customer support activities
  • Contributing to the creation of marketing and sales content (brochures, website, social media, etc.)
  • Supporting the sales team with commercial activities and market development: follow-up of leads, participation in fairs and events, etc.
  • Collaborating on development projects

Profile:

  • Academic background in the agricultural sector (Degree in Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, or Vocational Training in farm management, etc.), ideally with a focus on the dairy industry

  • High level of Spanish, Portuguese and English

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience and knowledge of the modern dairy industry
  • Willingness to travel (valid driver’s license required)
  • Skills: Team-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and remotely, with strong communication and interpersonal skills (previous sales experience not required)
